This is the top of Pike o' Blisco, with Bowfell filling the horizon. You can see the path up Bowfell from Three Tarns, and the Band path back down into Langdale.

Here is the Bad Step, below Crinkle 2, which is in fact the top point of Crinkle Crags. You either scramble up, as in the second picture, or you walk round the buttress on the right hand side of the path.
Bowfell.
If you are returning home from Bowfell, you can just re-trace your steps to Three Tarns and then take the Band path, but a good variation is to drop down, via the well named Great Slab, to the Climbers' Traverse, where you look up at Bowfell Buttress, a mecca for climbers.
